Tim Beary • President-Elect

Founder and broker of Beary Nice Homes, Tim brings more than two decades of real estate and association service. His experience includes association chair, Secretary/Treasurer, professional standards, education, and local, state, and national leadership.

Terrance Hood-Veal • Secretary/Treasurer

Principal Broker of Black Maverick Associates, LLC, Terrance brings three years of ARBOR Board service and experience in entrepreneurship, corporate operations, marketing, and real estate. His leadership philosophy emphasizes stewardship, value, and preparing the organization for its future.

Emmanuel Lumanze

Emmanuel Lumanze • Director, Place 5

Owner and CEO of Real Estate Solutions and Investment Services, LLC, Emmanuel began investing in real estate in 1993 and has held his real estate license for more than 22 years. He works across residential, luxury, new construction, investment, land, property management, and commercial real estate. With a degree in computer science, his career includes aviation and senior software engineering. An ordained elder and minister, he is a husband, father of four, and grandfather of five. His business philosophy is “Building Relationships One Home at a Time.”

Derek Bradley • Director, Place 9

Broker/owner of The Winning Team Realty, Derek has been licensed in Texas since 2009. He brings training, mentoring, and real estate instruction experience, along with more than 20 years of military service, retiring as a lieutenant colonel.

Julie Cook • Director, Place 10

An active agent with Green Oaks Realty since 2013, Julie brings more than 500 transactions, previous ARBOR Board service, and experience as the association’s NTREIS representative. She emphasizes continuing education, stewardship, and serving members with a servant’s heart.
